Most of what arrives in the chat is one of the same sixteen questions, so they are answered here rather than made to wait for a reply. None of the answers is softened to make a booking easier, and a few of them will talk you out of a plan.
They are grouped roughly the way an evening happens: the journey and the three hour floor first, then where she meets you and what the fee covers, then the awkward practical ones about flights, hotels and what the desk keeps afterwards.
Anything not covered, write and ask. Hester would rather have a long conversation before a booking than an awkward one during it. The lengths and figures live on the rates page and the whole list of companions is in the hall.

Asked most often at this end of town
Why is nothing shorter than three hours available at the airport?
Because every companion travels out from central London, and even the quickest journey is close to an hour each way. A shorter booking would put her in a car longer than in your company. Three hours at £700 is the floor everywhere on this site, with her travel counted inside that figure rather than added to it.
Where does she meet me?
At your hotel. Never airside, never in an arrivals hall and never at a gate. You check in, Hester asks for the room number once, and she comes straight up. If you would rather meet downstairs for the first half hour, say so and she will be in the bar instead.
My hotel has a terminal in its name. Is it at that terminal?
Very often not. Two buildings carrying Terminal 5 in the title are a five minute drive away and one of them is in Berkshire. Send the hotel name rather than the terminal and the desk will tell you the real transfer time. The airport hotel comparison sets the whole lot out.
How is the fee handed over?
In person, to her, when she arrives, in pounds, and it is exactly the figure in your confirmation. Nothing appears on your hotel bill, and the figure does not move with the hotel, the hour or the companion.
What does the fee actually buy?
Her time and her companionship for the booked length, and nothing else. Dinner, a drink, a walk down a village lane, a long conversation in a quiet room. There is nothing further on offer and nothing further to price, on this site or in a message.
My flight is delayed. What happens to the booking?
Tell Hester as soon as the board changes. The roads out here are quiet after eight, so an hour either way is usually absorbed without difficulty, and a whole evening can often move to the next night if you are staying on.
How much notice does the desk need?
A day is comfortable. Same day is frequently possible at Hayes and West Drayton, where the Elizabeth line puts two or three of the women half an hour away, and harder out at Longford or Colnbrook where the drive is an hour.
Can I book a particular companion?
Yes, and it is the usual way round. Some of them take only a few evenings a week out here and hold them rather than juggling, so ask early. If she is away, the page says so with a return date instead of pretending otherwise.
I have never arranged anything like this. Is that awkward?
It is common and it is not awkward. Say so in the first message and Hester will put you with somebody who is good at first bookings and will talk you through the sequence before anything is confirmed.
Will the hotel notice?
A hotel at an airport sees visitors at every hour there is. She arrives dressed for the building and walks to the lift. If your hotel asks late visitors to leave a first name at reception she gives one without fuss. No hotel on this site has any arrangement with the desk.
Can she come to a private house or a serviced flat?
Yes, on identical terms and at the same figure. Send the full address, the flat if there is one and the name on the door. A house in West Drayton is the same booking as a room on the strip.
Is there anywhere decent to eat out here?
Two or three hotel restaurants are genuinely good and the rest feed people who have an early start. The pubs are for the hour before dinner, not the evening itself. Longford has one pub and no restaurant at all, Harmondsworth closes early, and Colnbrook is fifteen minutes of High Street. Nobody here will talk you into a drive that ends at a retail park, and if the honest answer is that the hotel kitchen is the best of it you will be told so.
What should I do about an early departure?
Book earlier rather than later. An evening that ends at eleven before a six o'clock flight is a good night; one that ends at two is a bad flight and a worse morning. Hester will say so even when the longer booking is the more expensive advice.
Can two evenings be arranged in one stay?
Often, and guests here for three nights frequently do it. Each evening is its own booking at its own length. The second is almost always better, because nobody is starting from scratch.
What do you do with my details afterwards?
The room number goes when the evening does. The chat is kept only as long as it is useful and then cleared. What is held and for how long is written out on the privacy page in plain words.
Does anybody here ask for documents or card details?
No. Not a card number, not a bank detail, not a photograph of a passport, ever, for any reason. If a message claiming to come from this desk asks for any of it, it did not come from here.
