About Stacy
Terminal four feels like a different airport to the other three: quieter, further south, joined to its own hotel by a covered walkway that takes about four minutes at a normal pace. Stacy prefers it for exactly that reason. Slim, 176 cm, her near-black brown hair long, her brown eyes wide set, and she is accustomed to being the tallest person in any hotel lift. Twenty two, she dresses long and lean: a narrow dress, a flat or a low heel because she has never needed the inches, a coat to the ankle.
She is quick, curious and rather more serious than her age leads people to expect. She would take one real conversation over four polite ones without hesitating. She grew up with English alone and speaks it thoughtfully, leaving gaps that other people rush to fill and she does not. She studies architecture in her own time and will point out, correctly, that the terminal you just walked through is better designed than you noticed at the time.
An evening at Terminal 4 is straightforward: the walkway, the hotel, dinner, and no car at all unless you want one. If you would rather get away from the airport entirely she will take you west along the Bath Road or east towards Cranford, both about ten minutes by road. Stacy comes out from Chelsea on the Piccadilly line, which reaches Terminal 4 on a loop that catches people out, so she allows a full hour. The airport floor is three hours, her own travel inside that figure.
Terminal 4 is the odd one out and the Heathrow page explains why, along with every walkway worth using. Tell Hester which terminal you land at and the evening gets built around that rather than around a taxi rank.

Booking her evening
Terminal 4 sits on a loop, so Hester allows a little more travel time to and from it than the rest of the airport. Give her your terminal, your hotel and a start time.
Her figures are the desk figures, published in full on rates, and the whole arrangement runs in one thread from the first line to the confirmation. Every frame in the hall is reached from the hall.

An evening with Stacy
Terminal 4 does not feel like Heathrow after nine at night. The south side empties out, the walkway is half lit and the hotel at the end of it is far calmer than anything on the Bath Road. Stacy uses that. She will meet you downstairs, take a table away from the door and spend the first half hour finding out what you actually do, which she asks about with real interest rather than as a warm up. She is young and she is not skittish, and guests notice the difference within about twenty minutes. Later, if you want to leave the airport altogether, ten minutes east puts you in Cranford, where there are houses and pubs and no departure boards at all. If you would rather not move, she is perfectly happy to stay put and talk until the booking runs out.

Written in afterwards
Nothing is written here for Stacy yet, which out here is usually what discretion looks like. A note appears only when a guest writes one, she agrees to it, and the desk has checked that it reads as a first name, a month and nothing private.
